30-Day Returns on All Products

All new products purchased from Kent Displays, Inc. (myboogieboard.com) may be returned in original packaging within a 30-day period. If any product fails to meet reasonable expectations, it may be returned at the customer’s expense for replacement or refund less shipping. We do not accept Returns for any items sold via third party seller. Boogie Board may cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior.

1-Year Limited Warranty on New Products & Accessories (Excludes  Blackboard Smart Pen)

Kent Displays, Inc. warrants all* products & accessories against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 1-Year from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, we will replace the product. Replacements will be the same model as originally purchased; every attempt to replace the same color will be made. This limited 1-Year warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period.

90-Day Limited Warranty on Blackboard Smart Pen

Kent Displays, Inc. warrants Blackboard Smart Pen against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 90-days from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, we will replace the product. Replacements will be the same model as originally purchased; every attempt to replace the same color will be made. This limited 90-day warranty applies to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our facility. During peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc.) it can take longer than normal to process.
