Terms and Conditionsfor Boogie Board Tablet Trade-In Program:

For this program, “you” references the person placing the exchange request.

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit an exchange request.
2. You must reside in the United States. For purposes of this program, the United States is defined as the 50 States and the District of Columbia.
3. The Boogie Board® replacement product will only be shipped to an address in the United States.
4. There is a limit of one exchanged product per household.
5. You must provide the following information via the Boogie Board website:
1. A photograph of yourself with the copycat LCD writing tablet; on the tablet it must read: “Not a Boogie Board” and also show the date and your initials. If the tablet is broken, please still submit a photo that includes an image of the copycat tablet and a piece of paper that has “Not a Boogie Board” plus your initials and date written on it.
2. Home address (residence or PO box) located in the United States (for shipment).
6. The replacement Boogie Board product will be sent via ground USPS.
7. Selection of the appropriate Boogie Board® tablet product to be provided will be made at the sole discretion of Kent Displays, Inc.
8. The copycat product or replacement Boogie Board® tablet may not be redeemed/returned for cash.

10. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Kent Displays, Inc.
11. This program may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Kent Displays, Inc.
